Where
does the product ship from?
We have many manufacturing facilities from which your new sleep
system could be shipping out of. New york, Indiana, Colorado, Arizona,
New Jersey, Mass., California, Pennsylvania, and even Canada to
name a few.
Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout the United States including Hawaii and Alaska.
We will also ship to PR, USVI, and Canada.
How much will shipping cost?
The shipping prices vary depending on the product as well as the
destination. At times we run specials where shipping may be included
at no addition charge. Ask one of our sleep specialists for the
daily specials.
What about outside of the continental US?
Shipping costs outside the US will vary, these prices will be furnished
upon request. All customs charges will be paid by the customer.
Can the delivery person bring the mattress into my home and set
it up?
In home delivery and set up is available on adjustable bed orders
as well as on regular mattress set orders, ask a representative
for pricing. If in home set up is not requested and paid for, the
regular "curb side" delivery will take place. It may be
a good idea to have a friend or family member home at the time of
delivery to lend a hand. Note: Standard delivery and in home set
up are two different services delivered by two different companies.
Once your product has left the dock, one service can not be switched
for the other.
How long will is take for the product to arrive?
It depends on the item ordered. Mattresses or mattress sets usually
take between 2-3 weeks to arrive. Foam toppers take 10 days to 2
weeks, waterbed bladders take 1-2 weeks and adjustable beds take
2-4 weeks. Add 1 week for custom orders.
How can I check on my order?
We are happy to track your order for you however we ask that you
please wait the full lead time before asking us to do this. If your
lead time is up and you have not received your product call us at
845-834-2171 and either your sale representative or a customer service
representative will be happy to help. Keep in mind that order tracking
can be done between the hour of 9AM and 5PM eastern standard time.
What do I do if the product arrives damaged?
Please do not refuse any delivery, if the box looks damaged it does
not mean that the product inside is damaged. You must have the truck
driver make note of the damage on the paperwork. Once you have unpacked
and inspected the product you can then call us to report on it's
condition. Please note that we will immediately replace any damaged
goods. (Curtain products such as adjustable bases and air beds are
made up of numerous components such as transformers, control panels,
air chambers, pumps and more. If one or more of these components
are causing the whole bed to not operate, the faulty component will
be promptly replaced).
Can I cancel my order prior to receiving it?
Yes you may cancel your order anytime within 72 hours of the sale
date without penalty. After the third day but prior to it shipping
there is a 15% processing fee (up to $500.). Once the goods leave
the dock, all shipping charges are the customers responsibility
and a 20% restocking fee will apply. You must cancel
in writing. You may fax your cancellation request to 845-834-2171
or you can email it to information@supremecomfort.com, please include
your full name and address along with your order date.
Note:
Simply leaving a message on our voice mail is not sufficient.
Also
is the customer refuses the product when it arrives due to it not
fitting up stairs, through a doorway, into an elevator or in a bed
frame, the customer will be charged for shipping back to the warehouse
as well as a 20% restocking fee.
When will I be billed for the order?
Most people pay with a credit card, in this case your card will
be charged by our billing agent (Sleep Store USA) or Google checkout
with-in 72 hours of placing your order. You may also pay with a
bank check or money order.
What are the delivery hour?
Deliveries are made Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM. Evening or weekend
deliverers may or may not be available in your area.
Who will deliver the product?
Smaller items will be delivered by UPS or FEDEX, larger items such
as mattresses and sets come by common freight line carriers such
as FedEx freight line or Roadrunner freight. This is for standard
curb side delivery. If you require "in home set up" such
as in the case of an adjustable bed we will ship it using Lodeso.
