Here's
how it works.
In order to ensure the sleeping comfort
of all our valued customers, Supreme Comfort offers you a
test rest when you purchase a mattress and box spring set
or a mattress for use on a platform bed. The trial period
begins the night your mattress is delivered.
What
is the comfort guarantee?
We
hope you are completely satisfied with your Supreme Comfort
sleep system, but if you decide to exchange or return the
bed during the In-Home Trial, contact Customer Service at
1-800-314-9660 before packing your bed. All merchandise being
returned must be in excellent condition and be given a "Return
Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number from Customer Service
which will expire 90 days from your initial delivery date.
All merchandise must me boxed and shipped back on or before
the 91st day. All refunds will be issued to the original method
of payment within approximately 15 business days after all
products have been received back at the Supreme Comfort factory.
All shipping and incidental charges to return the product
as well as all processing and *disposal fees are the responsibility
of the customer.
Defective
or Damaged Components
All items that are defective on arrival, will be replaced
at no cost to you. The shipping charges to replace the defective
product will be incurred by Supreme Comfort. (Curtain products
such as adjustable bases and air beds are made up of numerous
components such as transformers, control panels, air chambers,
pumps and more. If one or more of these components are causing
the whole bed to not operate, the faulty component will be
promptly replaced).
If
a component is found to be defective after the In-Home Trial
period, the replacement part is covered under the terms of
the warranty. You will be responsible for any related costs
and the cost of shipping the defective component back to Supreme
Comfort. Contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-314-9660
for troubleshooting assistance and if you need to process
the replacement order.
We
recognize the fact that components may break, become soiled
or unusable and may not be covered under the warranty. As
long as you own our bed and can provide proof of purchase,
you can purchase replacement components. All component sales
are final and carry a 1-year Warranty from the purchase date.
Product discounts and accessory promotions do not apply to
components. Call our Customer Service department for current
pricing and to process the component purchase.

In-Home Trial
Choosing a mattress is one of the most important decisions
you can make. And we want to help make sure that the decision
you make is the right one. So we invite you to test one of
our mattresses in the best place possible: the comfort of
your own home. When you purchase a Sleep System from Supreme
Comfort™, you'll have 90 nights to make sure that you're 100%
comfortable. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied,
we'll authorize an *return or *exchange of your mattress.
After all, sleep is one thing you should never have to compromise.
You are required to pay for the return shipping costs.
"What
happens after 90 nights?"
Well,
we stay right by your side. Every one of our beds comes with
an astounding Limited Lifetime Warranty - The longest warranties
in the industry. It's a reflection of our commitment to unwavering
quality and product integrity. We never want you to have a
bad night's sleep again. So we try to ensure that a sleep
system from Supreme Comfort could be the last mattress you'll
ever need to purchase.
"Can
I exchange my new mattress?"
You
may exchange your mattress or foundation one time within the
90-night trial period*. Exchanges between sizes and models
(i.e. from Queen to King or from Supreme Air 5500 to Supreme
Air 6500) will be processed as whole bed exchanges. You will
be responsible for any difference in price as well as shipping
charges of the initial bed back to our factory. If you are
considering exchanging your bed, please contact our Customer
Service department at 1-845-834-2171 before
packing your bed. All shipping and incidental charges as a
result of an exchange are your responsibility.
To
return your bed please be sure to call Customer Service at
1-845-834-2171 to request a return at or
before the end of your trial period. Customer Service will
provide you with a RMA number. The RMA must be included
with all products returned in order to track your return and
promptly process your credit. RMA numbers expire
at the end of the 90-night trial or 90 days from the date
of delivery to your home. The representative can also provide
valuable tips on how to efficiently pack the bed and suggest
a shipping carrier to minimize your expense.
All
refunds will be issued to the original method of payment approximately
15 business days after all products have been received at
Supreme Comfort.
*
We will exchange your bedding for bedding of greater or equal
value.
* All comfort exchange requests must be made after the 30th
night from the original date of delivery.
*
The only cost to you is the price difference and shipping,
(plus sales tax where applicable), incurred during the re-selection
process.
* Due to the fact that it takes you body time to adjust to
any new sleep surface it is mandatory that you sleep on your
new mattress for at least 15 nights before deciding if you
would like to keep it or not.
* No comfort exchange or refund will be made after the 90th
day.
*To receive a refund without penalty you must send your product
back before the 30th day
*Product
returned after the 30th day but prior to the 60th day are
subject to a 15% processing and handling charge.
*Product
returned after 60 days but before 90 days will be exchaged
only.
*
This comfort exchange (or refund) offer does not apply to
the following items: Custom sizes mattresses, custom models,
clearance or demo models, adjustable bases and all free or
promotional give-a-way products. Pillows are also non returnable
for sanitary reasons.
* Please note –cancellation fees
also includes cancellation due to freight damage. Our freight
damage policy is to replace the damaged piece at no charge
to the customer.
Of course any defective products will be promptly
exchanged.
*Original
shipping costs to the customers home is not refundable.
Note:
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on refused
orders (with the exception of damaged merchandise).
-Returns
will not be accepted without a return authorization number
from Supreme Comfort. Allow 15 business days for your refunds
to be processed.
